Q. Determining your domain's IP address
A.
This is a very simple process that can be accomplished in a matter of
minutes. Simply follow the steps below to determine your domain's IP address:
Step 1: Visit www.dnsstuff.com. This website has several useful tools (mostly
for advanced developers/programmers) - one of which will help you determine your
domain's IP address.
Step 2: Locate Ping Tool. The Ping Tool is located on the right side of the web
page (the third blue box down).
Step 3: Enter your domain name in textbox. In the Ping Tool box, click on the
textbox within and enter your domain name here and click Ping.
Step 4: Note your IP address! After submitting the Ping form, you will see a
page containing content similar to the following:
Ping #1: Got reply from 0.0.0.0 in 62ms [TTL=47]
Look for the value similar to 0.0.0.0. That is your IP address!
